Yound designer wins PFN with our produtcts

A young designer using A. Sampaio products won the PFN - Young designers contest.Joana Braga, from the ESAD - Art and design School, won the competition against ten competitors representing seven different schools.The PFN contest aims to encourge the connection between companies anda young designers, using six meters of fabric offered by the companies.

Our 70th aniversary

On June the 5th we celebrated we celebrated our 70th aniversary.The company closed doors for one day. People join together to celebrate, but also to strengthen ties of friendship and teamwork that are so important to an organization.It was also time to recall the 70 year journey begun on June 5, 1947 by the founder António Oliveira Sampaio

The STEP certification in hands

One month after the news that A. Sampaio had been approved in the demanding STEP certification process, the official entities proceeded to the formal delivery of the certificate.The action was held this Monday at the company´s headquarters in Santo Tirso, where it was awarded the Sustainable Textile Production (STeP) by OEKO-TEX® certification level 3, the highest in this area.The company, represented by João Mendes, Ana Furtado, Fátima Veiga and Augusto Guimarães, received the certificate in hand,...
