The answer was to develop a revolutionary material that actively regulates heat transfer from and to the skin, while providing inherent heat and flame protection. Protal®+Outlast® technology is the result of a development cooperation between leading companies on their fields of activity. All the active ingredients are embedded inside the fibers, so performance remains unchanged wash after wash. Fabrics with this technology are compliant with several flame retardant standards (EN14116 and EN 11612). We also have solutions with antistatic protection (EN1149-3), as well as high visibility (EN471 and ISO20471) compliant fabrics. ABOUT
The ultimate protection for the ultimate demands. Combining Lenzing FR® with metaaramidic fibers offers excellent flame and heat protection, as well as heat resistance (ISO14793:2000) up to 260ºC. Lenzing FR® is a fiber produced from wood, which is natural material. The use of Lenzing FR® fabrics protects against heat stress and heat stroke, always keeping the body dry and cool. Our fabrics have been engineered from fiber to fabric to ensure the best performance and best durability wash after wash. We offer fabric solutions for a wide range of end uses: underwear, headsock, polo-shirt, polar sweatshirt, softshell and linings. Blends Lenzing FR®/wool are also available. When it comes to heat and flame protection, we don’t play around with untrustworthy materials. Protal® is an inherently flame retardant fiber (formerly known in Europe as Protex®) with proven quality and performance. The flame retardant performance does not wear off nor lose effectiveness regardless the type of wash or number of washing cycles. Protal® fabrics are soft, comfortable and have a natural appearance. Fabrics with this technology are compliant with several flame retardant standards (EN14116 and EN11612). We also have solutions with antistatic protection (EN1149-3), as well as high visibility (EN471 and ISO20471) compliant fabrics.

We have a full range of EN471 and ISO20471 certified fabrics for different end uses: heat and flame protection, workwear garments, insulation garments (polar fleeces), softshell fabrics and others with high performance fibers.
