We started 2017 getting the STeP - Sustainable Textile Production certification.

Last January A. Sampaio & Filhos - Texteis SA has achieved the STeP - Sustainable Textile Production certification.
 
After several months of intense work to evaluate our internal processes and fit them in the high level of demand of the STeP rules this certification is an evidence of our processes sustainability.

The awarded certification is a grade 3, the most demanding, including the areas of chemicals management, environmental performance, environmental and quality management, social responsibility and also health and safety.

With this certificate we are entering in the restricted group of organizations that guarantee sustainable production in social, human and environmental terms, and this represents a positive response to the growing number of companies that seek partners that are environmentally and socially responsible to connect their supply chain.
